TaxScout is operated by TaxScout, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to TaxScout, Inc., and "you" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using TaxScout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Our Services
- TaxScout provides educational tax optimization analysis for real estate investments.
- Our platform offers cost segregation estimates and tax strategy suggestions.
- We are not a substitute for professional tax advice from qualified CPAs or tax attorneys.
- All calculations and strategies should be reviewed by your tax professional.
3. User Responsibilities

- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
- You retain ownership of the data you provide to our platform.
- We have a license to use your data solely to provide our services.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may delete your data after 90 days following termination, unless required to retain it by law.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
